This electronic conference is a mailing list, hosted by PageCraft for FCE. First you subscribe, then you send emails to the list, and everyone on the list receives them, allowing for an ongoing conference. You must subscribe before you can participate in the conference. However, you are not required to access this page in order to post messages to your conference. It will happen automatically through your email program.
When you click on Subscribe, an email window will pop up. Just type the word subscribe in the body of the message, and send it! To unsubscribe, do the same, but put the word unsubscribe in the body of the message.
